Based on a comparison of 13 countries in 2012, Sweden ranked the highest in Health Care Expenditure on Long-term Care - Social Services of LTC other than HC.3 (As % of GDP) with 2.96% followed by Finland and Japan. On the other end of the scale was South Korea with 0.010%, Poland with 0.020% and Germany with 0.060%.
