On the other end of the scale was Kenya with < 0.001 Million Metric Tons of Oil Equivalent, Hong Kong with < 0.001 Million Metric Tons of Oil Equivalent and Sri Lanka with < 0.001 Million Metric Tons of Oil Equivalent.
