Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2014, Romania ranked the highest in greenhouse gas emissions from land converted to other land with 0.811 Mt followed by Austria and Netherlands. On the other end of the scale was Portugal with -0.946 Mt, Bulgaria with -0.324 Mt and Sweden with 0 Mt.
