Greenhouse gas emissions from iron and steel production reached 0.908 Mt in 2014 in Hungary, according to Eurostat. This is 24.6% more than in the previous year.
Historically, greenhouse gas emissions from iron and steel production in Hungary reached an all time high of 4.89 Mt in 1985 and an all time low of 0.728 Mt in 2013.
