Based on a comparison of 15 countries in 2014, Belgium ranked the highest in greenhouse gas emissions from heat transfer fluid with < 0.001 Mt followed by Hungary and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Spain with 0 Mt, Portugal with 0 Mt and Netherlands with 0 Mt.
