Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2014, Latvia ranked the highest in greenhouse gas emissions from forest land with 0.746 Mt followed by Malta and Iceland. On the other end of the scale was France with -69.5 Mt, Germany with -57.8 Mt and Sweden with -46.5 Mt.
