Based on a comparison of 105 countries in 2020, Russia ranked the highest in grants and other revenue with USD 249 bil followed by China and Saudi Arabia. On the other end of the scale was Lithuania with USD -0.796 bil, Namibia with USD 0.062 bil and Guinea Bissau with USD 0.084 bil.
