Goods imports as a part of balance payment reached USD 16.1 bil in 2020 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 19.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, goods imports as a part of balance payment in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of USD 22.2 bil in 2018 and an all time low of USD 0.580 bil in 1976.
