Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Serbia ranked the highest in Gender differences in the relative median income ratio (65+) (source: SILC) - Single person (Males) with 1.57 followed by Luxembourg and Macedonia. On the other end of the scale was Latvia with 0.560, Estonia with 0.720 and Czechia with 0.750.
