Fx denominated liabilities reached BYR 395,066 bil in fourth quarter of 2016 in Belarus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.03% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, FX denominated liabilities in Belarus reached an all time high of BYR 422,291 bil in 1Q2016 and an all time low of BYR 189,134 bil in 3Q2013.
