Fresh cream production reached 152,200 tonnes in 2014 in Spain, according to Faostat. This is 15.3% more than in the previous year.
Historically, fresh cream production in Spain reached an all time high of 176,000 tonnes in 2012 and an all time low of 7,000 tonnes in 1974.
