Fresh cream production reached 330,000 tonnes in 2014 in Russia, according to Faostat. This is 0.407% less than in the previous year.
Historically, fresh cream production in Russia reached an all time high of 841,950 tonnes in 1993 and an all time low of 328,500 tonnes in 2011.
