Based on a comparison of 63 countries in 2014, Germany ranked the highest in fresh cream production with 550,200 tonnes followed by France and Canada. On the other end of the scale was Botswana with 13.0 tonnes, Georgia with 15.0 tonnes and El Salvador with 50.0 tonnes.
