Foreign Population (As % of Total Population)

Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2011, Luxembourg ranked the highest in foreign population as a percentage of total population with 44.9% followed by Switzerland and Latvia. On the other end of the scale was Poland with 0.145%, Slovakia with 0.872% and Lithuania with 1.10%.
