Foreign direct investments reached USD 315 bil in 2014 in the European Union, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 6.21% more than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign direct investments in the European Union reached an all time high of USD 1,071 bil in 2007 and an all time low of USD 4.03 bil in 1970.
