Based on a comparison of 173 countries in 2014, China ranked the highest in foreign direct investments with USD 289 bil followed by USA and Hong Kong. On the other end of the scale was Belgium with USD -20.1 bil, Sweden with USD -2.53 bil and Yemen with USD -0.738 bil.
