Based on a comparison of 168 countries in 2013, Zambia ranked the highest in foreign direct investments as a percentage of current account deficit with 1,096% followed by Malta and Czechia. On the other end of the scale was Libya with -7,120%, Hong Kong with -1,830% and Ireland with -1,385%.
