Foreign debt reached USD 481,418 bil in 2021 in Russia, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 4.44% more than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt in Russia reached an all time high of USD 668,513 bil in 2013 and an all time low of USD 79,671 bil in 1992.
