Foreign debt reached USD 7,379 bil in 2021 in Algeria, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 42.5% more than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt in Algeria reached an all time high of USD 33,651 bil in 1996 and an all time low of USD 940 bil in 1970.
