Foreign debt as a share of gdp reached 82.4% in 2011 in Ukraine, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 3.38% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt as a share of GDP in Ukraine reached an all time high of 85.3% in 2010 and an all time low of 2.48% in 1992.
