Foreign debt as a share of gdp reached 69.0% in 2011 in Lithuania, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 14.2% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt as a share of GDP in Lithuania reached an all time high of 85.4% in 2009 and an all time low of 0.649% in 1992.
