Based on a comparison of 25 countries in 2016, France ranked the highest in final stocks of white wine with 21,447 1,000 hl followed by Italy and Spain. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 14.4 1,000 hl, Poland with 29.0 1,000 hl and Ireland with 29.3 1,000 hl.
