Based on a comparison of 11 countries in 1999, France ranked the highest in final stocks of quality PSR red and rose wines with 17,708 1,000 hl followed by Spain and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 8.00 1,000 hl, Finland with 16.0 1,000 hl and Sweden with 80.0 1,000 hl.
