Based on a comparison of 24 countries in 2017, Spain ranked the highest in number of fattening pigs livestock 50 kg or over with 12,286 '000 followed by Germany and France. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 17.2 '000, Luxembourg with 41.5 '000 and Estonia with 90.5 '000.
