Fat Content of Cow's Milk (As % of product weight)

Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2014, Netherlands ranked the highest in fat content of cow's milk as a share of product weight with 4.34% followed by Finland and Sweden. On the other end of the scale was Turkey with 3.30%, Malta with 3.36% and Spain with 3.61%.
