Annual emigration reached 25,163 persons in 2012 in Latvia, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 17.0% less than in the previous year.
Historically, annual emigration in Latvia reached an all time high of 39,651 persons in 2010 and an all time low of 2,210 persons in 2003.
