Based on a comparison of 21 countries in 2022, Bulgaria ranked the highest in dwellings per 1,000 people with 612 dwellings followed by Greece and Austria. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 396 dwellings, Slovenia with 413 dwellings and Poland with 420 dwellings.
