Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 2021, Iceland ranked the highest in dwellings completed per 1,000 people with 11.0 dwellings followed by Russia and South Korea. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with 0.589 dwellings, Singapore with 1.07 dwellings and Greece with 1.23 dwellings.
