Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2015, Iceland ranked the highest in Duration of Working Life (Males) with 48.6 years followed by Switzerland and Netherlands. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with 33.4 years, Croatia with 34.5 years and Lithuania with 34.5 years.
