On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 1.25 Purchasing power standard (PPS) per inhabitant, Spain with 3.32 Purchasing power standard (PPS) per inhabitant and Hungary with 4.31 Purchasing power standard (PPS) per inhabitant.
