Based on a comparison of 24 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Current Health Care Expenditure per Capita - Out-patient care centres (EUR) with 712 Euro per inhabitant followed by Portugal and Iceland. On the other end of the scale was Denmark with 0.100 Euro per inhabitant, Romania with 1.68 Euro per inhabitant and Estonia with 21.4 Euro per inhabitant.
