Currant production reached 2,960 tonnes in 2022 in Hungary, according to Faostat. This is 23.1% less than in the previous year.
Historically, currant production in Hungary reached an all time high of 23,044 tonnes in 1984 and an all time low of 1,100 tonnes in 1961.
