Based on a comparison of 122 countries in 2022, China ranked the highest in cucumber and gherkin production with 77,258 kt followed by Turkey and Russia. On the other end of the scale was Djibouti with 0.007 kt, Gabon with 0.023 kt and Luxembourg with 0.030 kt.
