Cows' Milk Collection - Raw cows' milk delivered to dairies - Fat content (% of product weight)

Based on a comparison of 33 countries in May 2017, Finland ranked the highest in fat content of raw cows' milk delivered to dairies with 4.37% followed by Netherlands and Sweden. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 3.40%, Turkey with 3.50% and Hungary with 3.63%.
