Consumer loans reached BDT 545,443 bil in 2022 in Bangladesh, according to the National Central Bank. This is 42.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, consumer loans in Bangladesh reached an all time high of BDT 949,245 bil in 2021 and an all time low of BDT 217,117 bil in 2011.
