Based on a comparison of 49 countries in 2022, Ivory Coast ranked the highest in cocoa bean production with 2,230,000 tonnes followed by Ghana and Indonesia. On the other end of the scale was Suriname with 4.59 tonnes, Comoros with 42.5 tonnes and Gabon with 100 tonnes.
