Based on a comparison of 18 countries in 2016, Poland ranked the highest in fattening chicks of meat broiler breeds with 1,061,704 chicks followed by France and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 5,281 chicks, Latvia with 18,863 chicks and Croatia with 45,265 chicks.
