Catches in Major Fishing Areas (from 2000 onwards) in Iceland

Catches in major fishing areas reached 1,317,153 Tonnes live weight in 2015 in Iceland, according to Eurostat. This is 21.9% more than in the previous year.

Historically, catches in major fishing areas in Iceland reached an all time high of 2,144,461 Tonnes live weight in 2002 and an all time low of 1,062,710 Tonnes live weight in 2010.
