Buckwheat production reached 147,690 tonnes in 2022 in Ukraine, according to Faostat. This is 39.6% more than in the previous year.
Historically, buckwheat production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 528,000 tonnes in 1993 and an all time low of 85,020 tonnes in 2019.
