Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2Q2024, Ireland ranked the highest in bank tier 1 ratio with 23.4% followed by Cyprus and Latvia. On the other end of the scale was Spain with 14.6%, Greece with 16.1% and Italy with 17.0%.
