Bank Loans to Residents (As % of Total Loans)

Based on a comparison of 64 countries in 2021, Papua New Guinea ranked the highest in bank loans to residents as a share of bank loans with 100% followed by Bangladesh and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 36.9%, Macao with 47.4% and United Kingdom with 47.5%.
