Bank loans to non-residents reached USD 846 bil in second quarter of 2016 in Belarus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 21.7% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, bank loans to non-residents in Belarus reached an all time high of USD 4,635 bil in 2Q2012 and an all time low of USD 123 bil in 4Q2013.
