Bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities reached 34.4% in second quarter of 2023 in Nigeria, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.73% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Nigeria reached an all time high of 50.7% in 4Q2011 and an all time low of 32.3% in 4Q2014.
