Bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities reached 25.1% in 2023 in Iceland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.4% more than in the previous year.
Historically, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Iceland reached an all time high of 37.6% in 2015 and an all time low of 22.8% in 2022.
