Bank Assets (As % of GDP)

Based on a comparison of 57 countries in 2Q2024, Luxembourg ranked the highest in bank assets as a share of GDP with 662% followed by Macao and Spain. On the other end of the scale was Madagascar with 25.5%, Swaziland with 32.6% and Kazakhstan with 41.1%.
