Average number of foreign languages learned per pupil at ISCED level 3 (prevocational and vocational)

Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2012, Luxembourg ranked the highest in average number of foreign languages learned per pupil at isced level 3 (prevocational and vocational with 2.10 followed by Romania and Slovakia. On the other end of the scale was Denmark with 0.300, Germany with 0.400 and Norway with 0.600.
