Air emissions from sulphur oxides reached 1,939 kt in 2013 in Turkey, according to Eurostat. This is 28.6% less than in the previous year.
Historically, air emissions from sulphur oxides in Turkey reached an all time high of 2,716 kt in 2012 and an all time low of 1,881 kt in 2004.
