Based on a comparison of 17 countries in 2015, Portugal ranked the highest in air emissions from carbon dioxide from biomass used as a fuel arising from other activities by house with 3,344 kt followed by Croatia and Belgium. On the other end of the scale was Sweden with 0 kt, Latvia with 0 kt and Bulgaria with 0 kt.
