Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Slovenia (formerly known as Banka Koper) is a Slovenia-based universal bank. The Bank with its subsidiaries is the fifth largest Slovenian banking and financial groups holding over 6% of the market. The Bank offers a wide range of banking and other financial services to commercial and private banking clients. Its products include loans, current and saving accounts, and deposits amongst others. In addition to providing mainstream banking products, the Group undertakes insurance activities, stock brokerage, investment in mutual funds, leasing services, real estate investment management and financial advice, amongst others. At the end of 2013, the Bank operated 52 branches and employed 755 persons in Slovenia. The Bank was founded in 1955 and is headquartered in Koper, Slovenia.
