Wustenrot Hypotecni banka's capital adequacy ratio reached 13.7% at the end of fourth quarter of 2020, down from 14.8% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 16.1% in 2Q2016 and an all time low of 9.63% in 4Q2010.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 13.7% at the end of fourth quarter of 2020, up from 12.7% compared to the same period of last year and up from 13.1% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 170% at the end of 4Q2020, up from 158% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 503%.
When compared to bank's main peers, Hypotecni Banka ended the fourth quarter of 2020 with a capital adequacy ratio at 45.9% and loans to deposits of 113%, Ceska Sporitelna with 25.6% and 68.3% respectively and Komercni Banka some 22.3% in terms of capital adequacy and 76.1% of loans to deposits at the end of the fourth quarter of 2020.
